Satellite added a sweep of the boys and girls District 13-2A cross country championships on Saturday to last week’s Cape Coast Conference sweep.

Running at Chain of Lakes in Titusville, The Scorpions placed six boys among the top eight finishers, including individual winner John Cacciatore. He paced the team with a time of 15:57.1 over the 5,000-meter course. Titusville’s Mason Jones followed in 16:01.7.
The Satellite girls took the fifth through 11th spots in their race. Melbourne Central Catholic’s Amanda Beach won the individual title with a time of 18:16.1.
At Sebastian River, Merritt Island’s boys and girls swept the team titles for District 13-3A. Austin Camps of West Shore won the boys race with a time of 16:15.17.
