Class 7A regional quarterfinal
How they got here: The Falcons were the District 5 runners-up. The Hawks were the District 6 champions.
Game note: Viera was the 7A runner-up last year to St. Thomas Aquinas, while East River is making its first regional appearance.
Winner gets: Martin County and Lake Nona winner
Eustis (5-5) at Palm Bay (9-0)
Class 5A regional quarterfinal
How they got here: The Panthers were the District 13 runners-up. The Pirates won the District 14 title.
Game note: The Pirates make their 20th playoff appearance in the last 21 years. Eustis last made a trip in 2007, its seventh in eight years.
Winner gets: Merritt Island at Bishop Moore winner

Merritt Island (7-3) at Bishop Moore (9-1)
Class 5A regional quarterfinal
How they got here: The Mustangs were the District 14 runners-up. The Hornets won the District 13 championship.
Game note: Merritt Island has 33 previous playoff seasons and three state titles. Bishop Moore eliminated the Mustangs last year and won Class 5A.
Winner gets: Eustis at Palm Bay winner
Bishop Verot (6-4) at Cocoa (7-1)
Class 4A regional semifinal
How they got here: The Vikings finished second in District 6. The Tigers won District 5.
Game note: These two teams met in this round last year, Cocoa winning, 49-12. The Tigers have won nine consecutive regional titles.
Winner gets: Orlando Jones at Avon Park winner
Cocoa No. 1 in 4A football, MCC rises in 3A
Cardinal Mooney (8-2) at Melbourne Central Catholic (9-0)
Class 4A regional semifinal
How they got here: The Cardinals were the District 5 runners-up. The Hustlers won the District 6 title.
Game note: Cardinal Mooney has made three consecutive playoff trips and won a state championship in 1972. MCC had made six straight appearances before missing the playoffs last year.
Winner gets: John Carroll at Clearwater Central Catholic winner
